Please order and SHIP early in anticipation of nationwide delivery delays this season.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR DECEMBER ORDERS: Due to the volume of orders processed during the month of December, and the volume of packages handled by package delivery services and USPS, all orders placed and shipping between Dec. 14th and Dec. 24th will be produced and leave our facility ASAP. Estimated arrival dates may not apply during this time. We reserve the right to make days unavailable for shipping due to production limitations and highly encourage you to ship your orders prior to DEC 14th.

Sales Tax: Orders shipping to North Carolina add 6.75% sales tax.

Ship To Addresses: We’ve made ordering Carolina Cookie gifts online super easy! When placing your order through our web site, you will have the option to select a different ship to address for each gift. In addition, your ship to addresses can be saved with your individual Sign In account information, to make sending gifts to the same recipients even easier the next time. If you would like to keep your addresses in your address book, do not use the guest check out option.

Shipping to Homes and Offices: We can ship your Carolina Cookie gifts wherever you need us to! We realize that in today’s world, there are fewer and fewer people who stay at home during the day. If you are ordering Carolina Cookies for someone who works during the day, you may want to consider sending your gift to them at work, rather than to a home address. You should know that 99% of deliveries made to offices are successful on the first cookie gifts delivery attempt. By providing the correct ship to addresses for your recipients when you buy gourmet cookies, you can help us deliver the very best service possible on your order. Please be sure to give us the entire ship to address … all of it! We need company names, apartment numbers, suite numbers, floor numbers, mail codes (in a large buildings) and correct zip codes.

Address Errors: We are not responsible for, and do not guarantee, delivery of orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses. We do not refund orders that are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Additional Shipping Fees: If the package shipping service has to correct the address you provided for delivery, or if you request an address change after the order has been sent to production, additional fees will apply. The minimum amount charged is $15, but may vary depending on the service required. We regret that we cannot extend our delivery guarantees when your package is delayed for these reasons.

Substitutions: We will attempt to contact you should an unforeseen circumstance result in an inability to fulfill an order exactly as placed. However, after December 1, we reserve the right to substitute a gift item, or cookie flavor, without your prior approval rather than delay shipment of your order. Substitutions will always be of equal or greater value.

Changes to Orders: Changes to an existing order can be requested through our customer service department but must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to the requested ship date. Requests made on or after the ship date may not be possible, or may incur additional fees.

Cancellations: If there is a problem with your order, please call us. We are happy to help. Orders can only be cancelled for a full refund prior to the requested ship date. Requests to cancel an order on or after the ship date may not be honored. If honored, no more than 50% of the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns or Refusals: We will not accept or refund unauthorized returns. If there is a problem with your order, please call us so that we can help. No more than 50% of the cost of the merchandise will be refunded for items returned or refused by a gift recipient. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels, Colleges and Military Bases: When delivering gifts to these types of addresses, we guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving area at that location. For security reasons, it is the responsibility of
the facility to deliver the item to the specific room or to notify the recipient that they have a package to pick up. Delivery persons are often not allowed unrestricted access to these types of addresses.

International Shipping: Due to customs restrictions, we do not ship outside of the United States. Overseas Military APO address are acceptable, but cannot be tracked.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times: Our products are baked, packed and shipped every day Monday through Friday, with the exceptions of holidays and emergency closures. Unless you choose a specific future delivery date,
your order will ship on the next available date after it is received.

NEXT BUSINESS DAY service is available for an extra $25 per item, in addition to the standard ground charges. Packages are guaranteed to be delivered by the end of the business day, on the first business day after your order is
shipped. [Not available to Alaska & Hawaii]

2 BUSINESS DAYS service is available for an extra $12 per item, in addition to the standard ground charges. Packages are guaranteed to be delivered by the end of the business day, on the second business day after your order
is shipped. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii requires 2 day service.

3 BUSINESS DAYS service requires additional costs which are listed in Shipping and Handling Rate Chart below. Packages are scheduled to arrive by the end of the third business day after your order is shipped. [Not available to
Alaska & Hawaii] **We highly recommend 3-Day shipping for destinations in the Mountain and Pacific time zones.

1 – 7 BUSINESS DAYS (Standard Ground) is available for delivery Monday – Friday in the continental US. Please allow up to 7 business days for the delivery of your package after the gift is shipped.
**DO NOT use standard ground delivery as your shipping method if your package must arrive on or by a specific date. P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses will ship US Postal Service. Please contact customer service if you have questions about using any of our shipping services.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: USPS is not a day-definite service and shipments to P.O. Boxes cannot be tracked. Delivery average for postal items is 2-5 days. This is the only available method if shipping to a P. O. Box or to a military address.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska: Packages shipping to Hawaii and Alaska must ship expedited 2-day air delivery.
