Peanut Butter Ganache Cookies


Ingredients:
  • 24   Peanut Butter Cookies
  • 8  ounce  semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1  cup  heavy cream
  • 2  tablespoon  unsalted butter

Directions:
Unsalted butter should be a room temperature. Break the chocolate into very small chunks and put into a heat resistant bow. Bring 1 cup of heavy cream to a boil and pour over the chocolate chunks. Use a wire whish to combine the cream and chocolate, stirring until smooth. Add the unsalted butter. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for four hours. Mixture should be creamy and spreadable. Spread the ganache between two peanut butter cookies....and ENJOY!
