- 3 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 2 quart strawberry ice cream
- 10 ounce strawberries
- 2-3 tablespoon Kirsch
- 6 Carolina Cookie Sugar Cookies, Crumbled
Use 1 1/2 – 2 ounce shot glasses. Recipe fills 18 – 22 shot glasses. In a food processor or blender mix all ingredients except Kirsch until smooth. Add Kirsch and blend. Put crumbled Carolina Cookie Company Gourmet Sugar cookies in the bottom of each shot glass. Fill with strawberry mousse and sprinkle cookie crumbles across top of each glass. Top off with a fresh strawberry. Keep in freezer until time to serve. Set out 15-20 minutes before serving. Use a decorating bag to get the mousse in the shot glass. If you don’t have one, you can make you own by cutting a small corner off a plastic baggie.
