Payment Options

When you buy gourmet cookies, we now accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal is available for internet orders only. Corporate billing is also available upon credit approval through our corporate sales office.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Sometimes, when you order gourmet cookies things happen. If there is a problem with your order please call us so that we can help. 1-800-447-5797

Changes to Orders:

Changes to an existing order can be requested through our customer service and order verification agents, but must be submitted prior to the requested ship date. Requests made on or after the ship date may not be possible, or may incur additional fees.

Cancellations:

If there is a problem with your order please call us. We are happy to help. Orders can only be cancelled for a full refund prior to the requested ship date. Requests to cancel an order on or after the ship date may not be honored. If honored, no more than 50% of the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns or Refusals:

We will not accept or refund unauthorized returns. If there is a problem with your order please call us so that we can help. No more than 50% of the cost of the merchandise will be refunded for items returned or refused by a gift recipient. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Duplicate Orders – Additions & Deletions

Please do not send in duplicate orders, when you buy gourmet cookies. If you need to make changes to an order(s) that has already been sent in, call customer service at 1-800-447-5797.

Substitution Policy

When you order gourmet cookies, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value when necessary to meet your requested ship or delivery date. When possible, we will try and notify you ahead of time. This also applies to cookie flavor requests.

Freshness Guarantee

We bake, pack and ship our cookies fresh each and every day. Our cookies contain no added preservatives and are best when consumed within a day or two of when you receive them. If that is not possible, we recommend that you freeze the cookies in an airtight bag for future consumption. Sales Tax

When you buy gourmet cookies from Carolina Cookie Company, please note that a 6.75% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to North Carolina. Tax is calculated on the total of product and shipping fees.
