Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Changes to Orders:

Changes to an existing order can be requested through our customer service and order verification agents, but must be submitted prior to the requested ship date. Requests made on or after the ship date may not be possible, or may incur additional fees.

Cancellations:

If there is a problem with your order please call us. We are happy to help. Orders can only be cancelled for a full refund prior to the requested ship date. Requests to cancel an order on or after the ship date may not be honored. If honored, no more than 50% of the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns or Refusals:

We will not accept or refund unauthorized returns. If there is a problem with your order please call us so that we can help. No more than 50% of the cost of the merchandise will be refunded for items returned or refused by a gift recipient. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
