Some Common Sense Talk About Ordering During the Christmas Season

  • Unless there is a compelling reason why you can't, let us ship your package during the first half of December. Give us enough time to do it right!
  • If you must ship your package during the last ten days before Christmas, be sure that your recipient is going to be at home or work. Folks travel and many businesses have limited business hours the week before Christmas. Remember, you are sending a perishable food gift and we cannot be responsible if there is no one available to receive or sign for a package.
  • Last minute orders are always welcome and are on a first come first serve basis.
  • Please don't try and "time" your gift arrival. Pay very close attention to the shipping directions we have provided on this page; especially pay attention to what services are day-definite delivery and which ones are not.
  • Please...check the accuracy of your addresses each year, before you send us your list.
  • Be sure to give us the entire address...all of it. We need apartment numbers, suite numbers, floor numbers, mail codes in big buildings, correct zip codes, etc. Please make the extra effort to check the accuracy of your addresses.
  • Please note our substitution policies ...everyone in our industry has one.
  • Please put yourself in our shoes (when it come to filling an order) and tell us everything we need to successfully fill your order. We need all of the details, we need to know what you know!

A successful Christmas gift order is almost always a result of good planning and good communication. Give us all of the details in a timely and accurate manner an we'll get it right just about 100% of the time. Thank you for your trust and the privilege of your business. Best wishes for a wonderful holiday season.

Thank you,
