Submitting Corporate Orders

If your order contains 30 or more corporate or individual addresses, the most efficient way to submit your order is by emailing an Excel Spreadsheet.

Please enter your addresses using this attached format, include your contact information in the email text and email to orders@carolinacookie.com. Do not enter your credit card information in this email. We will review your spreadsheet and call to confirm the details for your order. Be sure we have your telephone number where you can be reached for confirmation.

This is an important procedure to follow because it eliminates 100% of any potential key punch errors that might occur when we are dealing with several hundred addresses in an order.

Please contact your account representative or our customer service department with any initial questions. Please, check and double-check your address list for accuracy before you send it to us. We cannot be held responsible for package delays when you provide us with incorrect address information.
