Artwork Requirements

Once the decision has been made to have customized logo work done please help us with the following steps:

1. Provide us with a digital file or a CD.
2. Preferred file formats are Jpeg, EPS, PDF, AI & CDR. We need a minimum of 600 dpi.
3. Please, no scans or faxes. Keep the original image size. Do not manually enlarge the image.
4. We will create a black and white or color proof for your approval.
5. We cannot provide artwork proofs until you have submitted your order to us.
6. There is a $75 cancellation fee if you cancel an order after we have printed your logo gift cards.
7. Once a custom logo tin order has been produced it cannot be cancelled.
